Our many years of experience and knowledge allow us to lend your tour that very special personal touch. With us, your customers will have the opportunity to get off the beaten track, meet the locals, savour the regional specialities and discover a true sense of place.
We know our destinations inside out – where to get the best Irish Coffee, where to find the best views in the Highlands, at which time of year Cornwall is at its best! We have been on the ground here in Co. Meath – around 40 minutes from Dublin – for the last 30 years and of course we visit our destinations regularly and can stand over the quality of our services.
Our expertise allows us to create authentic tours, full of lifetime experiences. Most of our team have been with us for over 10 years, so you can be assured that you are in the best of hands with Kleemann!

John Waldron
John has worked in the Tourism Sector for over 30 years. He was previously Managing Director of Irish Welcome Tours and Best Western Hotels. John has been at the helm of Kleemann Tours since September 2018. When not working John can be found chasing a little white ball around a big field or - as he prefers to call it - Golfing!

Celine Bui
Céline joined Kleemann Tours in March 2019 as Sales Manager for the French speaking markets. With over 15 years’ experience in the tourism industry, she is highly knowledgeable on the destinations Ireland, Scotland and England and brings longstanding expertise to the creation and execution of your tour programmes.

Claire is our Ireland Tours Manager and has been a member of the Kleemann Team since 1997. Her wealth of tourism experience and specialised knowledge of Ireland ensure seamless organisation of tours which are tailored expertly to fit your requirements.

Gavin Cahill
Gavin is long term member of the Kleemann Team having started in 2002. Gavin is our expert on everything Scotland. A real multitasker Gavin can manage Groups, Incentives, FIT’s and Sales tasks.
Gavin is fluent in English and German. Although a born and bred Dubliner, when not working Gavin enjoys spending time with his young family in his favourite holiday destination, Glenbeigh, Kerry.

Alison Groves
Alison joined Kleemann Tours in May 2022, having worked for many years as Director of Contracting and previously of Operations of Irish Welcome Tours. A qualified national tourist guide, fluent in English, Irish, French & German. When not dreaming up exciting programmes or managing groups on the ground, she spends her time hiking the beaches and mountain trails near her home in West Kerry.

Sandra Haplin
Sandra joined Kleemann Tours in 2023, bringing with her extensive experience from her previous roles as FIT Department Manager at Irish Welcome Tours and Operations Manager at Irish Horizons. She works as part of the Ireland Team, organising tours for the German-speaking market. With a strong background in incentive, group and FIT travel, she is a highly versatile and valuable member of the team. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys walking and attending a bookclub.

Aisling Flahive
Aisling is a Tour Consultant with Kleemann Tours, bringing over 20 years of hospitality experience to the team since 2023. Originally from Northern Ireland and now based in Kerry, she helps design and operate tours of Ireland and Scotland. When not at work she is a proud GAA enthusiast.

Nolwenn Sheppard
Nolwenn joined the Kleemann team in January 2025. A native French speaker from Brittany, now UK-based, she works with French clients and supports groups travelling to the UK, Scotland and Ireland. With 20 years’ experience at a UK coach company, she specialised in developing tours. She enjoys walking her greyhound and spending time with her children.
